TERM TIME ONLY plus INSET days plus 10 days in school closure periods (41 weeks per annum)

36 hours per week

Points 39-41 (negotiable for an exceptional candidate)

(£40,803 to £42,670 per annum, actual salary)

PA to Headteacher (Term Time Only 40 weeks per year) 

Scale SO1 NJC 23 - 25 (Pro rata £27,308.04 - £28,175.89)

Contract Type: Permanent

Reporting to:  Headteacher / Executive Head

Hours: Part time - 36 Hours per week - 8am and 4pm , 39 weeks per year, Term time only + 5 INSET Days (total of 40 weeks per academic year)

Job Description

Purpose:   To have operational responsibility for the leadership    and management of one Year Group; its students, tutors and other  associated  staff. 
To lead the ethos, values and attitudes of a designated year group.
To commission interventions and liaise with the LABS panel for further interventions according to need.
To contribute to the curriculum options process and lead its operational management.
To be the lead person responsible for delivering information regarding the whole child’s needs, attendance information, conduct and behaviour information. 
To lead and the develop the year group’s student voice. 
To ensure that the findings of students’ views are fed back to the Line Manager and any other relevant stakeholders.

    Salary: GBP £26,576.79 - £27,420.54 per year (SO1 NJC 23 -25)
