Yoto Carnegies
The Yoto Carnegies are the UK’s longest running and best-loved children’s book awards, recognising outstanding reading experiences created through writing and illustration in books for children and young people
The students (aka Barnhill Master Minds) who took part in the Yoto Carnegies Reading Scheme read 8 shortlisted books and judged for the best book in writing category of the scheme. They all successfully completed the process and voted for the best book they think that should win the prize.
