Winter Concert
Barnhill musicians take centre stage
On Wednesday 10th December the Barnhill community was entertained, once again, by the enormous talent of our music students. We had some clap-a-long Christmas numbers from the year 7 singers as well as some classic AC/DC from the Rock Band. Congratulations to all of the performers:
Rock Band: Julian, Oscar, Marie, Hayat, Cria, Manassa, Sukhpreet & Anupa who performed Counting Stars (Tedder) and Highway to Hell (AC/DC)
Salva performed Set Fire to the Rain (Adele) and was joined by Camilla to perform We Are Never Getting Back Together (Swift)
Cria & Laura performed Whatever it Takes and Easy (Haft & Underberg) and Laura also performed Losing Streak as a soloist
Bismaadh, Ethan and Nathan performed Beautiful Things (Boone)
Hayat performed Make it Shine (Schneider, Corcoran & Luke)
Shivanshi performed Feel Like a Monster (Howell) and with Aidan performed Lovely (Eilish, O'Connell & Robinson)
Euan performed Love in the Dark (Adkins & Dixon)
Julian composed and performed Young and Free
Emily-Quresha performed Last Christmas (George Michael)
Singing Club: Natalia, Sukhpreet, Cria, Salva, Manassa, Chiamaa, Shivanshi & Laura performed Ordinary (Alex Warren)
Shanika performed Mary Did You Know (Greene and Lowry)
Chiamaa performed All I Want for Christmas is You (Mariah Carey & Afanasieff)
