Food Tech
A taste of what's been going on in the kitchen
The Food Tech Team has been cooking up a storm with various cuisines. From Year 7 to Year 10 students have been honing their skills chopping, dicing, slicing, rolling and decorating creating cakes, cookies and pasta dishes.
The Year 11 exams put our students to the test as they were tasked with designing 'Street Food' menus. Maybe we will see them on their own pop-up stall one day.
A trip sponsored by BM Caterers took students on a walking tour in London to check out a variety of catering establishments. Many students expressed their excitement and wanted more of these kinds of trips!
