We are tremendously proud of our students who have been achieving high academic results year on year. In 2025 our students achieved remarkable success, where all key areas were significantly above the National Average.

• Top 9% of Schools in England for Progress in English Baccalaureate Subjects

Barnhill Community High School are delighted that their excellent outcomes have been recognised by SSAT (The Schools, Students and Teachers Network) in this year’s Educational Outcomes Awards. The award recognises that Barnhill Community High School is among the highest performing secondary schools in the country, based on 2025 performance data and information from Ofsted.

Please note: We are not able to calculate Progress 8 scores for academic years 2024/25 and 2025/26. This is because there is no KS2 assessment data available to calculate the baseline for Progress 8 for these years due to Covid-19 disruption. We are also unable to show results broken down by prior attainment.

• 80% achieved Grade 4+ for English and Maths in GCSEs
• 58% achieved grade 5+ for English and Maths in GCSEs
• 27% of grades were awarded were 9-7 (A**-A)
• 48% of grades were awarded were 9-6 (A**-B)
• Our Core (English, Maths & Science) GCSE grades were in the top 15% of schools in England
• Ebacc (English Baccalaureate) APS: 5
• 60% of A Level grades were A*-В
• +0.18 Value Added for Sixth Form students – the best mixed Sixth Form in Hillingdon!
• 100% of students in Year 13 secured a university place, apprenticeship or employment

Our students make fantastic progress!

• In the latest 2025 external examination series we were the top performing mixed Sixth Form in Hillingdon and in the top 6% nationally for progress. This means Sixth Form students make more progress here than even most private schools and larger colleges.
• We boast nearly 30% of our grades are A*-A, with 54% of grades A*-B, both significantly above National Average
• In 2025, 100% of our Year 13 students went onto: Higher education (91%): Apprenticeship (8%) & Employment (1%) 
• We are extremely proud of our post 18 pathway programme with over 35% of our students securing places at Russell Group Universities and over 2% moving onto study Medicine or Dentistry, a reflection of the ambition and commitment our staff, students and parents have to achieve success.
